Anchor bolts are generally made of Q235 steel.Deformed steel bar(Q345) is strength,so it is not easy to make nut thread as Q235 steel .For foundation anchor bolts,its buried depth is generally 25 times of its diameter,then make a 90 degree hook about 120mm long on it.Buried depth and hook which to make sure the friction between the bolt and the foundation ,so that protect bolt from loosing and damaging.If the bolt diameter is very large(like 45mm) and the depth is very deep,you can weld square plates at bolt ends (but they are certain requirements).
